SCRIPTURE READING: MARK 4:35-41
Date Idea: If you read the scripture reading you will see two women that loved God with everything they had, to the point where they gave everything to lavish Jesus with their love. Today, give up something to spend time with Jesus. Whether it’s your lunch break, your favorite TV Show, that extra 20 minutes scrolling social media….devote it to spending quality time listening to worship, reading your bible or just talking to Jesus...He’s right there listening.
It is one thing to know of a person and a totally different experience getting to know someone. We pray that your relationship with Him goes beyond material things to a lifetime pursuit of His wonder.
Just as a father has compassion on his children, So the LORD has compassion on those who fear Him. For He Himself knows our frame; He is mindful that we are but dust. Psalms 103:13-14
